How are the brownies made?

All our Brownies are hand mixed and made with love, using ingredients like freshly cracked eggs, cocoa, sugar, butter and flour.  They are mixed slab by slab in small batches

Can I order Gluten Free Brownies?

Our base brownies are all made with GF flour and ingredients 

Some of the flavour combinations will contain gluten due to the addition / flavourings, eg Biscoff, M&M's

There is Gluten used in the kitchen at times.  There are strict cleaning and sanitising policies between my GF and non GF baking and so cross contamination, despite best efforts, may occur. WE ARE NOT COELIAC CERTIFIED. 

Do you have a store?

We don’t run a shop front, this is to keep our costs to a minimum and enables us to pass the savings on to you. 

Can I order a mixed box of Brownies?

Mixed boxes will be available on occasions through the website, however if one is not listed, then please contact us direct and we can see what we can do to help.

Can I pick up my order?

Pick up is preferred and when you order we will contact you to confirm a pickup time and give you our address

24 hours notice is generally required for pickup, which needs to be pre-arranged, so we are available when you arrive.

How much notice do you need for my order?

At least 24 hours notice is required for slabs, 48 hours for brownie cakes.  If you are wanting customisation of a cake or a brownie slab, please give at least 2 days notice.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver by arrangement, though there is a fee for this depending on location.

Deliveries to Redland Bay are free

How do I store my Brownies or Brownie Cake?

Being a baked product, eat them as soon as possible!

Store at room temperature for a few days in a snaplock bag or container, or they freeze perfectly!

Please note, refrigeration may dry them out, so avoid this.
