With a passion for flavour, a love of community, and a serious brownie obsession, I’m here to bring a little more joy (and a lot more chocolate) to your day.

Based in Redland Bay, Brisbane, Bayside Brownie Company creates irresistible gluten free brownies for personal, celebration, and corporate events. We offer local pickup and delivery to surrounding areas, and very soon, we’ll be mailing brownie love Australia-wide!
I’ve had a pretty unique journey to get here. Originally from England, I began my career as an Occupational Therapist. But before long, I felt the pull of adventure and swapped hospitals for horizons – spending five incredible years working in the sailing industry as a skipper, instructor, and chef in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
It was as amazing as it sounds!

After moving to Sydney in 2008 and starting a family, I wanted a business that allowed me to balance creativity and work with the joys and juggle of motherhood. That’s when Sweet Treats by Jules was born in 2015. We made the move to Brisbane in 2018, and after nine sweet years in business, the stars aligned.
That’s when I became the proud owner of Bayside Brownie Company – already a well-loved local gem with a huge following and a big reputation for the best gluten free brownies in Brisbane’s Bayside.
And now? I’m dreaming big. I want to get these glorious brownies into the hands of more amazing people – right here in the Bayside and all across Australia.
