Refund policy

At Bayside Brownie Company, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply no longer want the item.

This policy applies to all of our products, including brownies, cakes, custom orders, gift cards, and sale items.

Damages or Issues
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@baysidebrowniecompany.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Custom & Perishable Goods
As our products are perishable and often custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for refund under any circumstances.
